What happens across the 2 hours
Preparation Review
We begin with a structured review of your current preparation approach, study history, mock scores, and what you have already tried. This gives Akash the context to interpret everything that follows accurately.
Live Problem-Solving Analysis
You solve real GMAT problems while Akash observes your thought process — not just whether you get the answer right, but exactly where your thinking breaks down. This is where the real diagnosis happens.
Diagnostic Findings & Roadmap
Akash presents the specific structural inefficiencies identified during the session, a recommended number of coaching hours, and the exact strategy required to reach your target score. You leave with complete clarity.
What to prepare and bring
The more context you bring to the session, the more precise the diagnosis will be. Please have the following ready before joining the Zoom call.

Before you book — answers to common questions
The session fee is displayed during the booking process and is collected at the time of booking via the Calendly payment flow. If you enrol in a coaching program following the diagnostic, the full fee is credited toward your program — so the diagnostic effectively costs nothing if you continue with coaching.
You can reschedule your session using the link in your confirmation email, subject to availability. Please reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time.
No. The diagnostic is valuable whether you have taken the GMAT before or are preparing for your first attempt. If you have taken it, bring your score report. If you haven’t, bring your practice test results and preparation history.
No. The diagnostic is a standalone session. There is no obligation to enrol in coaching afterward. Every candidate leaves with a clear strategy regardless of what they decide to do next. The decision is entirely yours — take as much time as you need after the session.
Akash works with candidates across the US, Canada, India, and Europe. The calendar shows available slots in your local time zone. If you cannot find a suitable time, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
