1. General Refund Terms
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are only available under specific conditions outlined below. Users must request refunds within the eligibility window and before accessing significant course content.
2. Digital Course Refund Windows
- Self-Paced Courses:
- Full refund within 3 days of purchase if less than 20% of course modules have been accessed.
- No refunds after 3 days or upon completion of 20%+ of content.
- Live or Cohort-Based Programs:
- Full refund available up to 7 days before the first session.
- No refunds once the course has started.
- Subscription Plans (Monthly/Annual):
- Monthly: Cancel within 7-day free trial to avoid charges.
- Annual: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if no graded content completed.
3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
A refund will not be issued if:
- More than 20% of course content has been viewed or downloaded
- Practice tests have been taken or certificates generated
- Login credentials have been shared or terms violated
- Request is made outside the specified time window
4. Partial Refunds and Credits
- No partial refunds for digital content.
- One-time course credit (non-transferable, expires in 12 months) may be offered at company discretion for extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergency).
5. Duplicate Purchases & Technical Issues
- Duplicate Payments: Full refund upon verification.
- Access Issues: If technical problems prevent access, we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
6. How to Request a Refund

All requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are final sale with no refunds:

- Course extensions, tutoring hours, or bundled products
- Books or physical materials (if applicable)
8. Policy Enforcement
- Users found sharing accounts or redistributing content forfeit refund rights.
- Chargebacks without prior contact void eligibility and may result in account termination.
