Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of akashavhad.com (the “Site”) and any coaching services provided by Akash Avhad (“I”, “me”, “my”), a sole proprietor based in Princeton, NJ, United States.

By accessing the Site, booking a session, or enrolling in any coaching program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase any services.

Services

I offer the following services through this Site:

• GMAT Performance Diagnostic: A 2-hour live 1-on-1 evaluation session conducted via Zoom
• 1-on-1 Performance Optimisation Program: Personalised GMAT coaching sessions conducted via Zoom
• Comprehensive GMAT Program: Structured GMAT coaching covering foundations through performance optimisation, conducted via Zoom

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom. A stable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer are required. I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Booking and Payment

Performance Diagnostic

The Performance Diagnostic is booked and paid for through Calendly. Payment is processed by PayPal at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment. A Zoom meeting link is sent to your email address immediately after booking confirmation.

Coaching Programs

Coaching program fees are discussed and agreed upon following the Performance Diagnostic. Payment terms, schedule, and structure are confirmed in writing before coaching commences. Payment is processed through PayPal unless otherwise agreed.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking or enrolling, including your name, email address, and GMAT preparation background. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Performance Diagnostic — Cancellation

You may cancel your Performance Diagnostic booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

Performance Diagnostic — Rescheduling

You may reschedule your Performance Diagnostic using the link provided in your confirmation email, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

Coaching Program Sessions

Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being counted as completed.

Cancellation by Me

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full rescheduling at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Performance Diagnostic

A full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session or for no-shows.

Coaching Programs

Once coaching has commenced — defined as the completion of the first coaching session following program enrolment — no refunds are available on coaching program fees already paid. For programs paid in instalments, you are not obligated to pay for future instalments if you choose to discontinue, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

If I am unable to continue providing coaching due to circumstances on my end, a pro-rated refund for unused prepaid sessions will be issued.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including written content, coaching frameworks, methodology descriptions, practice questions, and session materials — is the intellectual property of Akash Avhad unless otherwise stated.

Session recordings uploaded to your private account are provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, publish, or sell any session recordings, coaching materials, or practice assignments without my prior written consent.

You retain ownership of your own GMAT score data and personal information shared during coaching sessions.

Results and Disclaimer

GMAT score improvements described on this Site — including average improvement figures and individual student results — reflect actual outcomes achieved by students who completed the relevant programs. These results are not guaranteed.

Individual outcomes depend on many factors including starting score level, preparation time available, consistency of independent practice, effort applied between sessions, and individual learning pace. Enrolment in any coaching program does not guarantee any specific score improvement or admission to any educational institution.

Student Responsibilities

To get the most from coaching, you agree to:

• Attend sessions punctually and with a stable internet connection
• Complete customised practice assignments before each session
• Submit your assignment working for review as instructed
• Engage honestly and openly during diagnostic and coaching sessions
• Communicate schedule conflicts or concerns promptly

I reserve the right to discontinue coaching if a student’s conduct is disrespectful, dishonest, or consistently fails to meet the above responsibilities. In such cases, no refund will be issued for fees already paid.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akash Avhad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or coaching services, including but not limited to loss of GMAT scores, application outcomes, or career opportunities.

My total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or coaching services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
