Detailed Terms and Conditions Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dr. Akash Avhad’s online test prep platform (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. This Agreement applies to all users, including students, parents, educators, and institutional partners.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site—including practice tests, video lessons, study guides, software, and course materials—is the exclusive property of Dr. Akash Avhad and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials solely for personal, non-commercial study purposes.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell any content
- Record, screenshot, or download videos or PDFs
- Share login credentials or allow third-party access
- Use content for AI training, commercial tutoring, or resale
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access premium content, users must register with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Minors under 13 must have parental consent before creating an account, in compliance with COPPA. Parents may request deletion of their child’s data at any time by contacting us at [mail@akashavhad.com].
4. Student Data Privacy (FERPA & COPPA Compliance)
We collect personal information including name, email, test scores, device data, and usage patterns. This data is used solely to:
- Deliver and improve educational services
- Personalize learning experiences
- Communicate updates and support
We do not sell or share student data for advertising. In accordance with FERPA, we treat test performance and user activity as educational records. Under COPPA, schools may provide consent on behalf of parents only when:

- Parents retain the right to review and delete data
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Harass other users or post inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
6. Subscription and Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase as per our Refund Policy. No refunds after completion or for accounts found in violation of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF OUR MATERIALS WILL RESULT IN ACHIEVING ANY SPECIFIC TEST SCORE OR ADMISSION TO ANY INSTITUTION. YOUR SUCCESS DEPENDS ON INDIVIDUAL EFFORT AND EXTERNAL FACTORS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Dr. Akash Avhad, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Unauthorized sharing or redistribution
- Fraudulent activity
- Excessive automated access
Terminated users lose access to all content and are not entitled to refunds.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
